Ruth’s Pepper and Cheese Vegetarian Patties make dinner easy. Made from scratch with Wisconsin cheese, fresh ground pepper, and a unique blend of local herbs and spices, our patties are packed with flavor and won’t fall apart on your bun like soy-based alternatives.

INGREDIENTS:
Mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose, dextrose), eggs, breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, cane sugar, yeast, sea salt), onion, pecans, garlic, black pepper, salt, citric acid.
