Crumble Meatloaf

Ruth's Gourmet Crumble Meatless Meatloaf

Prep Time: 10mins | Total Time: 35mins | Serves: 4-6


  • 3 cups Ruth’s Crumble
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs or plain oatmeal
  • ¾ cup ketchup, divided (barbecue sauce optional)
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients including ½ of the ketchup, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 8 x 4 inch loaf in bread pan or aluminum pan.

Place in upper rack and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes @ 350 degrees. Temperature should reach 160 degrees when inserted into center.  Brush with remaining ketchup or barbecue sauce and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
